Job Responsibilities
- Working there as an PRODUCTION ENGINEER.
- Setting of machines and troubleshooting.
- Supervision a team of 50 workers
- New parts development.
- Responsible of scrap reduction and production improvement.
- Promoted as grinding wheel deptt. In charge
- In depth knowledge of centerless grinding machines
Duties
Working as an ASSISTANT MANAGER in crank shaft department.
Managing production related all activities.
Responsible for maintaining all costings of department.
Performing MRM presentations and CAPA making for better controls on rejections and to avoid customer complaints and make action plans.
Maintaining obi activities and daily improvement activities.
Daily basis monitoring of tooling and consumption analysis and analysis of production and rejection on daily basis.
Handling a team of 150 workers,tool setters and supervisors.
Doing activities related to 5s,kaizen,tpm,and ffa audits.
Leader of improvement projects conducted jointly with our esteemed customer HERO MOTOCORP. LTD.
Responsible for adherence to daily and monthly dispatch schedule.
