Operation Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the operations of Global Competency Services. You will be an Operations Manager to join our leadership team who will be in charge of managing the operation of different lines of business which performs various analytics , reporting, performance management and data management activities and facilitate leadership team in driving Key strategies and objectives of the department
RESPONSIBILITIES:

●’In charge of Management reporting across Product lines and Business units delivered by the team
●Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
●“Quality” and “On-time” delivery of the processes delivered by your team – Hands on experience on Quality concepts would be added advantage
●Managing his/her team to deliver effective services to stakeholders.
●Engage with stakeholders and work towards enhancement of current process scope or bring in more new tasks/activities to the department
●Drive the Monthly KPI reporting, responsible for accurate data gathering and reporting and proactive communications to stakeholders in case of exigencies
●In charge of Management reporting across Product lines and Business units delivered by the team
●Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
●Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions and motivate team members by using right quotient of R&R
●Responsible for the development of timely, accurate, concise, and actionable reporting for senior leadership team
●Drive the operations in line with agreed budgets and ensure revenue recognition promptly
●Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees
●Seeks continuous improvement in the financial processes delivered by the team to include enhanced, standardized reporting, automation of processes, and enhancement of business cases.
REQUIREMENTS:

●BCom /MCom /MBA, any degree related to Finance
●Detail orientated and passion for quality of data
●Conflict Management; Decision Making; Critical thinking; Influencing & Leading; Delegation; Adaptability
●Strong in stakeholder management – Experience in handling Global Stakeholders is a must
●Ability to understand and interpret financial data and well versed with accounting concepts and financial processes
●Should be able to “Question data” and bring in more analysis in work
●Should possess hands on work experience in reporting, analytics, and data management
●Strong Business Partnering; Very energetic and should possess excellent communication skill
●Self-motivator, Perseverance, Quickness and Flexibility
●Disciplined approach to work. Sticks to process and procedures always and “Lead by Example”
